AIEscalate sro ("we", "us") operates this website at aiescalate.co. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • Form submissions: when you send a message or book a call, we store the name, email, optional company, and message you provide. This is stored in our Neon Postgres database in the EU/US region.
  • Email delivery: we use Resend to send transactional email (your confirmation, our notification). Resend is a sub-processor under EU/US standard contractual clauses.
  • Bookings: calendar bookings are handled by Cal.com. Cal.com is a sub-processor.
  • Analytics (with consent): if you accept the cookie banner, we load PostHog and Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic. No personally identifying analytics are collected without consent.
  • Anti-abuse: we rate-limit submissions by IP address (5/hr) and use a hidden honeypot field. The IP is not persisted with the lead row.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Email us at sameh@sales.aiescalate.co and we'll respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Lead records are retained for as long as the engagement remains active, plus 7 years for accounting/legal reasons (Czech tax law). Analytics data is retained for 13 months by default.
